About this relay
Why this relay exists and what it relays
This is a permissionless relay for public, signed Bitcoin transactions that remain valid under current eCash rules. It only submits a transaction after the eCash node has accepted the exact same bytes in a local preflight.
It does not create, alter, sign or prioritize transactions.
Network privacy
Paul is a pruned eCash node with no P2P listener. Its ECX connections are outbound-only through Tor; it has no public eCash node address to advertise.
The public feed exposes bounded terminal TXIDs and safe reason labels only — never raw transaction data, peer data or credentials.
Replay risk remains yours
A Bitcoin transaction accepted by ECX can affect both chains while they share spendable history. A different address, a low fee, or absence from a relay is not replay protection.
Do not rely on this website to split coins. Use independently verified wallet software and the current official ECX split procedure.
